Due to the limited nature of Classics
Collection products, we will only process orders where valid
and complete credit card information is provided. Please note
that orders received by the above specified date will be entered
by random selection rather than by the date of receival.
VINTAGES will continue to accept orders after 5:00 pm on
Wednesday, May 21, however, priority will be given to those
orders received by the deadline.
We will confirm your order by either phone or fax.

need Excel (version 3.x or higher) to open the respective
attachment. If you do not have this software, use the order form
provided and fax it to us.
Fax Ordering
You can either download, print out and fax one of the order forms from our
website (Excel and PDF formats available) or

Tip:if sending your order by fax, always retain your successful fax
transmission report.

After initial processing of fax, mail and e-mail orders, telephone
ordering begins at 9:00 am, Friday,May 30, 2008.
Remember, not all products will be available by the time telephone
ordering begins! Phone orders are filled on a first-come, first-served
basis.

PER-CUSTOMER LIMITS
We do our best to secure enough stock to satisfy all customer orders.
We regret that sometimes customer demand may exceed supply.
In order to distribute the products more equitably throughout
customer orders, all products in this offer are subject to per-customer
limits. Per-customer limits will be set after all faxed, e-mailed,
and mailed orders received by the deadline have been entered. Limits
will be based on total demand for those products which are
found to be ‘over ordered’. In the event that any limited products are
available after initial e-mail, fax and mail orders are processed,
limits will be removed for telephone ordering at 9 am on Friday,
May 30, 2008.
All CLASSICS orders received by the deadline are randomized and
entered into our ordering system. Once completed we identify
which products are over-subscribed. To satisfy the greatest number
of customer orders, a per-customer limit for each over-subscribed
product is set - 2 bottles being the minimum for 750 mL bottles.
Limited products are then re-allocated to the orders in the same
sequence that they were initially input. We regret that some products
are so highly requested that our supply may reach zero before
all orders receive an allocation.
ORDER PAYMENT DETAILS
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payment information must be provided at time of ordering. Upon receival of your emailed order you will be contacted by a VINTAGES Sales Centre representative for credit card information.
Credit Card: Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Credit card payments are processed when your order is confirmed.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped directly to the VINTAGES/LCBO store of your choice, free of charge. Delivery is normally within 10-15 business days; please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery during launch periods. For a list of the stores nearest you, please view our online Store Directory. Please note that we do not ship outside of the province of Ontario.
PICKING UP YOUR ORDER
Upon payment of your order, you will receive a receipt by mail. Your order will be shipped to the LCBO store indicated on your receipt and a store associate will notify you when it arrives. We ask that you pick up your order within 30 days of notification as our retail stores are not designed to accommodate longterm storage. When picking up your order, simply present your receipt at the store as proof of payment, along with the credit card used for payment.

AIR MILES®
Earn AIR MILES® reward miles with your CLASSICS orders! Simply provide your AIR MILES® number at the time of ordering and we take care of the rest. If you are faxing, mailing or e-mailing your order, you must include your AIR MILES® number on your order form to receive credit. We regret that AIR MILES® cannot be credited after the order has been paid.
PARTICIPATION IN CUSTOMER SURVEYS
The LCBO periodically uses market research consultants to conduct surveys and obtain feedback from our customers on products, service and other topics. Names may be selected from the Classics Catalogue subscription or monthly VINTAGES Release lists. Please be assured that customer privacy is maintained at all times. We only provide the consultants with information that is needed (such as name and telephone number) to contact our customers and ask for their participation. Survey responses are summarized by the consultant before being reported to the LCBO.
Participation in these surveys is optional. If you have already participated in one of the surveys, we thank you. We depend on your feedback for continuous improvement.
