how to shop for VINTAGES products:
VINTAGES is the fine wines and premium spirits department of the
LCBO. Products featured in this catalogue may be obtained in
two ways:
1. Shopping in person at a VINTAGES location on or after the
Release date. Note: Supplies are limited and product availability
will vary from store to store. Customers in the Toronto and Ottawa areas must shop in person.
2. Ordering specific VINTAGES products through your local LCBO
or VINTAGES store. This is a service we provide for our customers
who live outside the Toronto and Ottawa areas only.
• Important – customers must submit their ‘requests’ to
their local LCBO store by 11 am the Tuesday before the
Release date.
• VINTAGES allocates a percentage of products in each
release to fulfill ‘customer requests’. This does not guarantee
availability as VINTAGES products are purchased in finite
quantities and are sometimes extremely limited and/or in
very high demand.
• Store staff can order as many bottles as you require
subject to availability.
NEW – Transferring Products From Other Stores:
VINTAGES customers may now ask for product including ISDs to
be transferred between stores if stock is still available 2 weeks
after the release date. Please contact your local LCBO store
to make arrangements.
VINTAGES catalogues are available online.
Our website also features product search, special offers, events,
store locations and other information.

| VINTAGES publishes a catalogue every two weeks. Customers outside the Toronto area and Ottawa region who make early requests for products in the release must do so for each release, i.e., every two weeks. The deadline remains the same: 11 am the Tuesday before the release date. |
